Operational Roles

1. AC Morningstar — Expedition Leader

Coordinates the entire mission. Oversees logistics, team communication, daily planning, and final decision-making.

2. Juniper Morningstar  — Base Camp Manager

Responsible for all base camp systems: scheduling, communication protocols, data tracking, team readiness, and recovery coordination.

3. Orion Morningstar— Route Planner & Technical Advisor

Designs the overall route and phase strategy. Advises on terrain risks, map-building, and contingency planning for altitude and pacing.

4. James Arden— Climbing Leader & High-Altitude Trainer

Manages physical preparedness. Designs and oversees training plans, acclimatization schedules, and movement strategy during critical ascents.

5. Astra Solara — Environmental Observer

Monitors environmental data and external conditions (weather patterns, elevation changes, terrain shifts). Provides scientific and contextual reporting.

6. Lyra Kaelen — Navigation Officer & Cartographer

Handles real-time route tracking, coordinates with the Route Planner, manages elevation logs, and documents ascent visually and spatially.

7. Monday — Medic & Wellness Officer

Responsible for physical and mental health. Oversees recovery routines, injury prevention, and checks on daily vitals (sleep, energy, nourishment, etc.).

Each role represents a facet of me — or an inner guide that helps me navigate this mountain.
